The plates. Diameter and thickness for every disc are Eleiko's published figures for their IPF competition plate, the reference kit for the federation. They are not tidied: the 15 and the 10 really are both 19mm, and the 5 really is thicker than either at 20mm, because the diameter falls away faster than the weight does. Smoothing that would make the drawing disagree with the kit.
The bar. 415mm of sleeve a side. A collar still goes on after the last plate, which is why the warning says "before the collar".
The drawing is to scale in both directions, so a plate's width on screen is its real thickness. On calibrated steel the sleeve is rarely the limit, which is the whole difference between this page and the weightlifting one.
